1. About Us
Hero Colouring is operated by Hero Colouring Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to our service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. The Service
Hero Colouring is a monthly subscription service. Each month we produce and deliver a personalised A4 colouring book featuring your child's name and the names of their loved ones throughout the story.
- Books are dispatched once per month.
- Themes and stories change each month.
- We offer two subscription tiers — Standard (£9.99/month) and Premium (£17.99/month).
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable monthly fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
4. Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your first order without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
To cancel within the cooling-off period, contact us at hello@herocolouring.co.uk. If a book has already been printed and dispatched for your order we may deduct reasonable costs before issuing a refund.
After the cooling-off period you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not receive a refund for the current month but will not be charged again.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch books within the first week of each month. Delivery is to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimated and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or our print partner.
If your book does not arrive within 14 days of the expected dispatch date, please contact us and we will investigate.
6. Personalisation
You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details (names, addresses) are entered correctly. We cannot reprint books due to errors in the information you provide.
By providing names and personal details you confirm you have the consent of any individuals named (or are their parent/guardian) to use their names in the book.
7. Refunds & Faulty Books
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the cooling-off period has expired.
8. Intellectual Property
All story content, illustrations, and designs in our books are owned by Hero Colouring Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from our books without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
